Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will be held in the Octagon on Monday the 12th of September. The Octagon is situated within the People's Palace at QMUL. This unusual Victorian library has recently been restored and contains many original features, making it a unique dining venue.
Spaces for the conference dinner are limited, with only 180 places available, so please register early to avoid disappointment.
Menu
Starter:
Rosemary goat's cheese, pear and pistachio tartlet served with purple potato and oak leaf salad
Main Course:
Roast rump of lamb served with celeriac puree, sautéed wild mushrooms and fondant potato
(Vegetarian option also available)
Dessert:
Apple and blackberry crumble served with vanilla custard
